Loan Processor Job Description

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Processor to provide top-notch support to our Loan Writers. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks associated with loan writing are carried out efficiently and professionally. This includes data entry, sourcing background information, and performing preliminary credit assessments.

The role also involves presenting loan structures to lenders, providing timely updates to clients, and building rapport with staff, clients, and referrers.

  • Accounting background required.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Cantonese or Mandarin speakers are a must.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project and Task Management programs such as Notion.
