Job Title: Security Team Members

We are seeking Part Time Retail Security Officers who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and passion for security.

This position is based at Macquarie Shopping Centre. You will be responsible for providing security services, supporting tenants, guests and visitors.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Building key relationships with tenants and managing access
  • Responding to client requests and ensuring safety and security
  • Managing emergency situations and demonstrating proactive security awareness

Requirements:

  • A current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control
  • An Apply First Aid Certificate
  • A cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
  • Previous experience in Retail Security (preferred)
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to take ownership of service delivery
  • High-level problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • Availability across 7 days/nights
