We are seeking experienced retail security officers to provide security services at Macquarie Shopping Centre.

The Role

Our ideal candidate will ensure safety and security for the site, managing access and responding to client requests in a timely manner.

  • Security services provision and safety management
  • Access management and prompt response to client needs

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable
  • Apply First Aid Certificate
  • Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
  • Previous experience in Retail Security is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to take ownership of service delivery and complete reports using various platforms
  • Excellent presentation, well-groomed, and corporate-appropriate
  • High-level problem-solving skills and ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Valid work rights in Australia and ability to work shifts up to 12 hours
