Job Title

We are seeking experienced security professionals who can provide excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference.

This position is based at Erina Fair Shopping Centre and requires providing security services, supporting all the establishment's tenants, guests, and visitors.

  • Services include building key tenant relationships, managing access, responding promptly to client requests, ensuring safety and security for the site, managing emergency situations, and demonstrating proactive security awareness.
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must demonstrate the following skills, experience, and certifications:

  • Current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable
  • Apply First Aid Certificate
  • Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
  • Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to take ownership of service delivery under your control
  • Ability to complete reports using various platforms
  • Excellent presentation, well-groomed, and professional appearance
  • High-level problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours
  • Availability across 7 days and nights
