  • Develop and execute transition plans that drive adoption, minimise resistance, and ensure business benefits are realised.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure engagement and adoption activities are targeted and effective.
  • Design and deliver clear communications, training, and readiness activities that support smooth transitions.
  • Ensure transition activities are aligned to program milestones and broader organisational objectives.
