We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Dental Front Desk Professional to join our team.

  • Collect and update patient information accurately and securely, adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing inquiries, providing clear explanations of their benefits
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence, ensuring seamless operations
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and provide exceptional customer service
