Marketing and Campaigns Manager

At Babcock Mission Critical Services España SA, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Campaigns Manager to play a vital role in enhancing our brand and reputation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead a small team to develop comprehensive marketing campaigns, oversee our digital presence and advertising agenda, and award submissions. They will also be responsible for enhancing our brand and reputation in the region and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.
  • Lead a small team to achieve desired results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve best outcomes.
  • Manage our digital presence and advertising agenda.
  • Oversee award submissions.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and managing integrated marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and problems.
  • Well-developed organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to positively engage with all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in the Defence, national security or foreign affairs and trade sector.
  • Degree in appropriate discipline or significant equivalent demonstrated experience of 7+ years in Marketing & Communications and/or Public Relations.
