About the Role:

You will shape the future of trade compliance, collaborate with a global team, and work with an inspiring manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic trade compliance programs that safeguard Mars operations in Australia and New Zealand.
- Partner with senior leaders to convert compliance challenges into opportunities.
- Influence key stakeholders to drive cost avoidance and penalty mitigation.
- Achieve over $50M in savings by designing effective customs compliance strategies.
- Act as the trade compliance expert for Australia and New Zealand.
- Design and implement compliance programs that meet or exceed standards.
- Conduct audits and develop strategies for cost avoidance.
- Lead initiatives in duty drawback and free trade agreements.
- Train Associates on new trade policies to foster compliance champions.
What We Are Looking For:
Specialized knowledge in trade and customs compliance regulations for Australia/NZ.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in trade and customs compliance.
Strong experience in complex CPG, legal, or consulting environments.
Broker's License or Degree/Certificate in Compliance, International Logistics, Law, or related fields preferred.
Australian citizenship is required.
