You will also be responsible for handling credit transactions with care and attention to detail, monitoring and managing booking platforms, and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards while minimising waste.

Responsibility and accountability are key aspects of this role, and you will need to stay on top of safety incidents and equipment issues, keeping management informed at all times.

Compliance with regulations such as Responsible Service of Alcohol (SA) and Safe Food Handling certifications is mandatory.
