Creative Strategists use AI to transform marketing approaches. They tap into insights through Large Language Models, ideate with Meta AI tools, and create content that resonates with their audience. As a Creative Strategist, you'll develop strategies and solutions to drive engagement, build awareness, and deliver business outcomes. You'll create great work while helping others elevate theirs across our platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Set creative direction and build strategic plans prioritizing business results for clients and stakeholders.
  • Build crucial relationships and influence client teams across sales, creative, and agency - positioning for success with large-scale companies.
  • Educate, consult and scale creative solutions inspiring, influencing and driving client objectives.
  • Operationalize creative data, metrics and insights-driven approaches identifying right creative challenges and blockers, tracking progress, and delivering long-term sustainable progress.
  • Learn fast to quickly decode and deploy emerging experiences at the speed of technology.
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience with a degree in marketing, communication, digital art or graphic design.
  • Creative experience in performance marketing/advertising from working at creative agencies, in-house creative teams, platforms, tech companies or non-traditional content creators.
  • Experience in public presentation and influencing clients and agencies.
  • Knowledge of AI solutions and tools for marketing and advertising.
  • Hands-on experience building persuasive presentations, mockups and videos.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a creator on social media and collaborating with brands as a creator.
  • Experience in vertical short form video and creator marketing across multiple industry categories.
  • Understanding of measurement and experience learning new tools.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating data dashboards, extracting insights, and using them to inform creative strategy.
  • Experience in marketing and business in the Australia and New Zealand markets.
