Service Technician Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our NSW Technical Services team in Alexandria, Sydney. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure top-notch performance.

The role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with customers and colleagues. If you have a passion for coffee and are mechanically inclined, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Attend service calls across metro Sydney and occasionally travel to Central Coast and South Coast.
  • Provide preventative maintenance and breakdown support to wholesale and cafe accounts.
  • Prepare machines in the workshop, including installs and pre-deliveries.
  • Replace water filters and monitor equipment condition.
  • Collaborate with Service Coordinators to plan your week.
  • Participate in monthly national/state on-call rotations.
Requirements:
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Valid full driver's licence.
  • Availability for monthly on-call rotation.
