We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to join our team. As an Inventory Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our inventory is accurately managed, from receiving and storing raw materials to shipping out finished products.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive, store, and manage inventory of green beans, including labeling, tracking, and rotation of stock
- Loading hoppers and jockey bins with green beans according to safety standards and SOPs
- Ensure the roastery is consistently supplied with green beans, meeting production demands
- Picking and storing jockey bins in the roastery to maintain continuous operations
- Recording and verifying inbound and outbound shipments, including quality control checks
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to resolve any issues related to inventory or supply chain disruptions
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Valid AU working rights and ability to lift up to 20kg independently
- Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and professional development
