Job Description

As the Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective management of our coffee machines and equipment. Your primary goal is to ensure seamless service agreements with customers, while providing technical expertise to the out-of-home sales team.

Working closely with the sales team, you will identify optimal machine and equipment configurations to maximize performance. This role involves managing a team of Service Specialists across various aspects, including installations, technical support, training, spare parts warehousing, and equipment supply and demand planning.

You will be based in both our North Sydney office and Kingsgrove roastery, collaborating with a diverse group of professionals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 7 years' experience in a similar position, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proven experience working with coffee equipment, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategy
  • Experience managing budgets, with a track record of implementing cost-effective solutions
