Loyalty Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Loyalty Operations Manager to join our team in the Pacific region. As a key member of our loyalty program team, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of Accor Loyalty programs across the Pacific, focusing on member growth, retention, satisfaction, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee loyalty member offers and marketing strategies to drive member engagement and retention.
  • Create and deliver loyalty programs, including ALL - Accor Live Limitless and Accor Plus, to ensure commercial objectives are met.
  • Manage budgets and resources to support hotel teams in delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • Collaborate with business units to align global strategies with regional requirements and ensure seamless program execution.
  • Partner with external partners to drive loyalty initiatives and enhance member engagement.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in hotel marketing or loyalty program management.
  • Strong background in loyalty and acquisition marketing, with a focus on member growth and retention.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
  • Skilled in reporting and ad-hoc analysis tools, with experience with Cognos a plus.
  • Degree or diploma in Business Marketing.
