Job Title:
Strategic Policy ConsultantWe are seeking a highly skilled policy advisor to provide strategic support across multiple projects within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support to ensure project milestones remain on track and issues are raised in a timely manner.
- Develop effective policies and procedures to drive project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and escalate as appropriate.
- Manage change constructively and adaptively, focusing on key priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent writing skills with minimal rework required.
- Able to understand and act on critical matters, priorities, and timelines.
- Strong program planning and project management experience.
- Ability to synthesise large amounts of information, identify key issues, and respond appropriately.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Good stakeholder management and political sensitivity.
- Experience in infrastructure governance processes and approvals.
- Experience in preparing and implementing grant funding agreements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in infrastructure delivery (advantage but not necessary).
