Job Overview

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to streamline and improve the efficiency of business systems, processes, and workflows within an organization.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, analyzing current systems and processes, and implementing solutions that align with strategic goals and requirements.
  • They will work closely with functional leads, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and delivery of projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically are essential in this role.
  • A strong understanding of testing methodologies, data migration, and SAP Payroll integrations is also necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing tools and processes to facilitate improvements in business systems and processes.
  • Managing and coordinating project initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on business process improvements and system implementation.
  • Liaising with internal customers and stakeholders to review and monitor the effectiveness of tools, systems, methods, and standards.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP Payroll and integrations to finance.
  • Knowledge of public sector HCM Payroll and related Finance practices.
  • Good understanding of testing and data migration methodologies.
  • Capability to perform data mapping, data reconciliations, and investigate issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
