Job Description

We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join our team at Child, Adolescent & Youth Mental Health Services Wollongong (CAYMHS).

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centered nursing care that promotes positive health outcomes. This will involve case management and acute assessment within a multidisciplinary review team structure.

To deliver effective treatment plans, you will need to:

  • Deliver individual and group-based treatment
  • Manage individual clinical loads and participate as part of a multidisciplinary treatment process
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also possess strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health principles and practices.

You must meet the following essential requirements:

  • Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Valid NSW Drivers Licence
