Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.


About the Role
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-leading tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, ensuring seamless alignment between schedule, project scope, and key milestones.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, prepare accurate cost forecasts, track expenditures, and identify cost variances.
  • Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to track project performance and provide regular updates on project progress and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, as well as manage and document changes in scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring proper approvals are obtained.
  • Prepare and deliver timely project reports, including progress, risks, and financials.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; relevant certifications like PMI-SP, AACE CCP are highly desirable.
  • Proven proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and EVM.
  • Proven track record in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or utilities projects.
  • Strong data analysis, risk assessment, and cost control skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and multi-tasking abilities.
