Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist.

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of reports produced by our consultants in a timely manner, as well as providing technical advice relating to reports and permanent impairment/disability assessments.

The successful candidate will have strong self-motivation, leadership skills, and excellent attention to detail. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze medico-legal reports to ensure compliance with quality framework and relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on reports, AMS forms, and assessments to ensure they meet specific customer and/or legislative specifications, company standards, and guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to inaccurate, deficient, or incomplete reports.
  • Collaborate with consultants, customers, and team members to provide technical advice and support.
  • Prioritize workflow based on availability, requests, and urgency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in the medical, allied health, and/or personal injury industry.
  • Knowledge of case management practices related to independent medical reports.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
