Job Title: Construction Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Operations Manager to lead our construction operations, driving successful outcomes on time, within budget, and to scope.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment across departments, and championing continuous improvement through process development and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support: Provide strategic support to the Managing Director in day-to-day business operation
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of experienced professionals
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure effective allocation and utilisation of resources across projects
  • Process Development: Champion continuous improvement through process development and innovation
  • Project Planning: Oversee project planning and ensure accountability for execution
  • Support to Project Managers: Support project managers in driving timelines, procurement, and delivery
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to best practices
Business Development & Strategic Planning:
  • Collaboration: Foster collaboration between construction and other internal departments
  • Alignment: Drive alignment with company goals and ensure operational excellence
About You:

You will have demonstrated experience leading high-performing, multidisciplinary construction teams, managing projects from concept to completion, and possessing strong leadership skills.

Proven ability to manage complex projects, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and a solid understanding of project financials are essential.

Qualifications in Business, Management, or a related field are required.
