Opportunity knocks Following an internal promotion, Construction Sciences seeks a Laboratory Manager to lead our team in Adelaide.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead our team, overseeing daily operations, ensure exceptional client outcomes and provide mentorship to your team.
Your role will involve spearheading testing and analysis efforts on complex soil, concrete, and aggregate samples, all while maintaining high standards within allocated time and budget constraints.
Additionally, you'll cultivate positive client relationships, oversee the delivery of projects, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and operate with excellence.

**_What We're Looking For:_**
- Australian / NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
- 5 + years of Soil, Concrete and Aggregate testing experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Preferred experience as a people leader with strong technical proficiency
- Diploma of Laboratory Techniques (AQF Level 5)
- Familiarity with NATA signatory approvals
- Proficiency in Australian Standards for Soil, Concrete, and Aggregate Testing
- Nuclear Density Meter operator's license
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and unwavering integrity
- Ability to nurture and develop junior technicians
- Commercial acumen (advantageous)
