Job Overview

A reputable civil construction firm is seeking an experienced project supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage a crew of operators/construction workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage machine operation, coordinate tasks and achieve production targets in line with company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the project management team to drive service excellence and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Oversee workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols, quality assurance (QA) requirements and adhere to industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong background in carparks, paving preparation, roads, footpaths, earthworks, stormwater and creek works.
  • Proficient in skidsteer, excavator, loader operations and able to interpret construction drawings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience in supervising teams and implementing operational procedures.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding performance expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach.
