
Jira Service Desk Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional to work on a 12-month assignment with a Federal Government Agency based in Geelong. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in Jira Service Desk administration, management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Jira Service Desk, including managing user accounts, customizing workflows, monitoring system performance, and resolving issues.
- Support end users of Procurement Jira Service Desk and develop training and guidance material.
- Document Jira configuration and issues resolution processes.
- Generate reports for the Procurement Branch using Jira Service Desk data.
- Collaborate with ICT and Procurement Branch stakeholders to achieve work area objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Jira Service Desk administration, management, and reporting.
- Procurement experience, preferably in a Government Agency or Department, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
