As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our office spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks including office areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all office areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Empty bins and replace liners to prevent waste buildup and maintain a clean environment
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchenette/lunchroom by following a set schedule and checklist
  • Perform other cleaning tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office

Requirements:

  • Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential for this role
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability are critical to ensuring high-quality work and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of the site's cleanliness and maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management
  • Police Check (or willingness to obtain) and Full working rights in Australia are mandatory requirements
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is a requirement due to client regulations
