About the Role

The Team Leader is a pivotal position in delivering exceptional care to residents at all times. This role requires supporting the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse in supervising and coordinating care across the home, ensuring individual needs, wishes, and goals are met in a supportive environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses or Personal Care Workers with relevant qualifications to progress their career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver social and emotional support to all residents, providing holistic and person-centred care provision.
  • Support the coordination of resident care needs, including medication management, nutrition, and hydration.
  • Lead and supervise care on shifts within designated wings or areas.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (APRHA Registration) or Certificate IV in Ageing Support (HLTHPS007 Administer & Monitor Medicines).
  • A high level of commitment, integrity, and trustworthiness.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to use information technology.
  • Current National police check and working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
  • A passion for caring for others and making a positive impact.
