Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centered care that enhances the resident's quality of life. They will support residents' choices and independence, while promoting their dignity and well-being.

  • This role involves assisting residents with their personal care needs, supporting them in their daily activities, and helping them maintain their independence.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies. Prior experience as a personal carer in aged care is desirable but not essential.
