Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, scope, plans, hardware, and related industry rates and costs
  • Strong negotiation abilities to secure favourable rates from suppliers and trades
  • Experience in identifying new suppliers, opening accounts, and maintaining strong relationships
