About the Role

As a dedicated Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining our clients' well-being and independence while living at home. You will build meaningful relationships with our clients and their families, creating a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients across Perth Metropolitan Area by assisting with personal care, shopping, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Assist clients with daily tasks such as household chores and ensuring their home environment remains clean and organized.
  • Encourage and promote independence and freedom of choice for our clients.
  • Provide extended respite services when needed, offering peace of mind to both clients and their families.

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support Aged Care or equivalent (essential).
  • Previous Experience working in Community Aged Care (preferred).
  • A Valid Driver's Licence with Access to Your Own Vehicle.
  • Ability to Work Autonomously.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to Relate to Older People with Empathy.
  • Demonstrate Flexible Decision Making and Advanced Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Excellent Time Management and Organisational Skills.
  • Eligibility to Work in Australia.
  • Satisfactory National Police Certificate (on Commencement of Employment).
  • Up-to-Date COVID-19 and Flu Vaccinations.
