Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Support Worker. As a member of our care services, you will provide social support, domestic assistance, and personal care to clients in their own homes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.

  • Social Support: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping them to maintain a sense of connection and community.
  • Domestic Assistance: Assist with daily tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Personal Care: Help clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing social support and companionship to clients.
  2. Assisting with daily tasks such as laundry and meal preparation.
  3. Helping clients with personal care tasks.

Requirements and Attributes:

  • Able to document medication charts accurately.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak unbroken English at an adult level.
  • Treat clients with respect, dignity, and compassion under any circumstances.
  • Prior experience in Disability or Aged Care.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cert 3 Individual Support / Aged - Disability.
  • Cert 4 or EN Trained.
  • NDIS clearance.
  • Working with Children clearance.
  • Medication trained.
  • First Aid / CPR.
  • Manual Handling.
  • Covid-19 Vaccinated x 3.
  • Flu Vaccination.
