Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care assistance including showering, grooming, and dressing.
  • Offering social support through companionship or accompanying clients to community appointments and activities.
  • Assisting with capacity-building activities to enhance skills and independence.
  • Performing domestic tasks such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light household cleaning.

Requirements:

  • A current National Police Check.
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • A comprehensively insured, registered, and well-maintained vehicle.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
  • At least 12 months experience in a similar role.
  • The NDIS Worker Screening Check or Working with Children Check is an advantage.
