Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain high technical competence and knowledge of vascular products, including competition and application.
- Develop and execute regional product strategies in support of global strategies and business objectives.
- Build relationships with customers, including clinicians and economic buyers, and provide technical or clinical support to field sales associates and customers.
- Ensure compliance with global regulations and rapid resolution of product surveillance issues.
- Develop and support product training for physician customers and field sales associates.
- Partner with Strategic Marketing to develop and execute regional product launches.
- Influence regional value pricing throughout the product life cycle.
- Collaborate to develop regional forecasts and investments in support of long-term profitability goals.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar role in the medical device industry, including clinical experience and deep product expertise.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs (Excel).
- Demonstrated experience in integrating, influencing, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in reading and interpreting scientific or clinical publications and data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for driving commercial product strategies in competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of the Australian & New Zealand medical device regulatory and reimbursement environment.
- Ability to travel extensively (50%), including international travel.
- MBA or advanced degree in engineering, science, or medicine.
- Advanced knowledge of the treatment of Aortic and Peripheral Vascular disease.
- Experience in the entire product life cycle of medical devices.
- Experience working within a product specialist/product management function.
