About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Vascular Regional Product Specialist to support the portfolio of products across the Vascular Business in South Asia Pacific. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop winning product strategies, ensuring fitness for use of devices, and providing technical support to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high technical competence and knowledge of vascular products and their applications.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical affairs teams to develop regional product strategies.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including clinicians and economic buyers.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations and resolve product surveillance issues.
  • Develop and deliver product training for physician customers and field sales associates.
  • Partner with Strategic Marketing to develop and execute regional product launches.
  • Influence regional value pricing throughout the product life cycle.
  • Collaborate to develop regional forecasts and investments in support of long-term profitability goals.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs (Excel).
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating, influencing, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in reading and interpreting scientific or clinical publications and data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for driving commercial product strategies in competitive markets.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian and New Zealand medical device regulatory and reimbursement environment.
Desired Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree in engineering, science, or medicine.
  • Advanced knowledge of the treatment of aortic and peripheral vascular disease.
  • Experience in the entire product life cycle of medical devices.
  • Experience working within a product specialist/product management function.
