W. L. Gore & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Vascular Product Development Specialist to join our team in Australia.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to support the development of innovative vascular products across the South Asia Pacific region. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical affairs, to ensure fitness for use, develop winning product strategies, and drive commercial growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical device industry, including experience in product development, life cycle management, and market analysis. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, clinicians, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high technical competence and knowledge of vascular products, including competition and application.
  • Work collaboratively with global teams to develop regional product strategies and business plans.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, including clinicians and economic buyers, to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Provide technical and clinical support to field sales associates and customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product development and life cycle decisions.
  • Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure adherence to global regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Mimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for driving commercial product strategies in competitive markets.

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
