Decisioning Manager Job Description

This role is focused on leading and supporting a team of professionals in implementing decisioning and analytics solutions to drive business growth.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for guiding business requirements to match Pega platform features. This includes establishing customer experience strategies and developing personalized marketing approaches to maximize revenue.

You will lead a team of architects to create data-driven decisioning architectures that drive real-time customer engagement. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement agile delivery processes.

Key responsibilities include defining and governing business-led decisioning architecture, creating omni-channel decisioning solutions, and contributing to strategic planning across multiple teams.

A successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
