Specialised Caregiver

Join HammondCare At Home as a Specialised Carer and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As a permanent part-time member of our team, you will provide essential and practical care to help older people live independently in their homes.

**About the Role**

In this role, you will provide personal care, including helping with showering and dressing, as well as assisting with meal preparation and light house cleaning. You will also provide transportation to appointments and assist with shopping, and help with medication.

**Requirements**

* You must be patient and solutions-focused, with the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
* You may have previous experience in aged or community care, or be looking to start your career in aged care.
* You must have a valid Driver's Licence and access to an insured, reliable car.
* Ideally, you will have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, but we can provide training if you don't have this qualification.
* You must be flexible and able to meet the changing needs of our home care clients.
