Role Overview:

As a Casual Childcare Assistant, you will be working in a dynamic and supportive team environment to deliver high-quality childcare services. Our Before & After School Care teams in Sydney are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Cert III qualified candidates who pride themselves in providing interest-based programs for children and the community.

We offer a comprehensive training program and ongoing support from our experienced management team. Additionally, we provide a complimentary uniform to ensure you look professional while carrying out your duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support supervision of children during indoor and outdoor activities
  • Develop positive and respectful relationships with children
  • Deliver play-based learning activities and programs
  • Prepare play and learning spaces

Requirements:

  • Aged 18 years+
  • Hold a Cert III in Children's Services or Diploma in Children's Services
  • Lots of energy and a positive attitude
  • Caring nature
  • Great team member
  • Volunteer Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Excellent written and communication skills
