Early Childhood Educator Opportunities

We are seeking experienced Early Childhood Educators to work as Casual Educators in our partner centers.

This is a flexible role that allows you to work around your schedule, with above award wages and fast onboarding. As a Casual Educator, you will provide support to the permanent team by covering staff absences and general staffing shortages.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting room leaders in supervising and engaging children in activities
  • Assisting with meal and snack times
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for children
  • FOLLOWING ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES RELATED TO CHILDCARE AND CHILD SAFETY
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and center staff

Requirements include:

  • Certificate III, Diploma or ECT in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent) qualification or working towards
  • Current Working With Children Check (paid)
  • First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training
  • Available to work on short notice and flexible hours
  • Reliable and punctual

As a Casual Educator, you'll have the opportunity to work in different centers, experience different philosophies, and gain valuable experience in the early childhood education industry.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be committed to providing high-quality care to children.
