Job Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Point of Sale (POS) Support and Implementation Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client support, ensuring seamless onboarding of new solutions, and fostering strong relationships with customers.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Project lead: You will oversee the delivery of POS implementation projects using our existing project management solution.
  • Advocate for customer satisfaction: As a single point of contact, you will significantly influence your customer base.
  • Onboard new customers: Providing comprehensive support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Encourage upsells and cross-sells: Helping customers achieve their full potential by identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Build relationships between customers and the support team: Ensuring technical issues and minor product problems are addressed efficiently.
  • Establish and maintain Customer Support Practices: Collaborating with the support team to create policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience.
  • Provide Technical and Product Support: Offering expert guidance on technical matters and training on products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs.
  • Knowledge of technologies such as IT networking, internet technologies.
