NDIS Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled NDIS compliance specialist to join our organization. As an NDIS compliance specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization's compliance with NDIS accreditation standards.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting compliance reviews and internal audits, identifying strategies to improve internal controls and processes, and implementing audit recommendations and ensuring improvements align with legislation, regulations, and best practice.

You will also develop awareness of quality and compliance-related topics through training, information sessions, coaching, and mentorship. Additionally, you will contribute to the preparation, planning, and facilitation of NDIS external audit cycles.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. You should have a solid understanding of legislation, NDIS requirements, policy, and compliance issues. Experience in the disability or aged care sector is highly desirable.
