About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our Sydney NSW team. As a Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in reviewing and providing feedback on current claims management practices, legislative changes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and provide feedback on claims management practices, legislative changes, and procedures.
  • Develop strategic initiatives and procedures to ensure all service, performance, and compliance measures are achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present at claim reviews and support with the coaching and upskilling of team members.

About You:

  • Strong technical experience within the NSW workers compensation scheme.
  • Experience in managing relationships and competing stakeholder priorities.
  • Superior time management and negotiating skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in coaching and supporting others.
  • Genuine, caring nature that puts customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances.

  • Salary (experience dependent): $120,000 - $130,000 Package.
