About this role:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our sustainability efforts and drive business growth through responsible practices.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of environmental science, sustainability strategies, and ESG practices. They will also possess strong analytical and strategic skills, enabling them to develop and deliver effective solutions that strengthen our sustainability outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sustainability Framework Development: Design and implement comprehensive sustainability frameworks that integrate climate risk management and ensure compliance with relevant reporting requirements.
  • Climate Risk Management: Provide expert advice to senior executives and the Board on climate-related risks, opportunities, and compliance obligations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of three professionals and collaborate across business areas to coordinate and deliver sustainability initiatives.
  • Industry Engagement: Foster relationships with industry stakeholders, regulators, and consultants to stay aligned with best practices and maintain our competitive edge.
About you:

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, sustainability, commerce, or economics) and equivalent relevant experience. Proven ability to lead teams, deliver cross-organizational initiatives, and navigate complex reporting and compliance frameworks is essential.
