Role Summary:

As a Manager Sustainability and Governance, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies that ensure our operations align with ESG principles. This role provides the opportunity to influence organisational direction and embed sustainability into everyday practices while managing a dedicated team of three.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver ESG strategies that strengthen sustainability outcomes and meet evolving reporting requirements
  • Provide advice to executives and the Board on climate risk, sustainability opportunities and compliance obligations
  • Manage the upkeep and improvement of the environmental management system, working collaboratively to ensure it meets organisational needs
  • Lead a team of three and work across business areas to coordinate and deliver sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of sustainability and ESG practices
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Management of environmental systems
  • Proven experience influencing at senior levels
