Established in 1972, Trend Windows and Doors is a renowned window manufacturer in Australia, celebrated for its commitment to quality, innovation, and design.

The company is part of a larger group that encompasses several iconic brands, including Corinthian Doors, Stegbar Windows & Doors, Aneeta Window Systems, Regency Shower Screens & Robes, A&L Windows, and Breezway louvres.

We are currently seeking an exceptional Biz Leader to spearhead our South Australian business unit. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and overseeing the overall management of the business unit.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of approximately 40 employees and implement strategies to achieve the company's safety, people, customer, and performance targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Leadership – Foster a culture of safety across the business unit, ensuring a zero-harm workplace and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic Planning – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
  • Culture Building – Develop and execute engagement strategies to create a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and foster a premier performing culture.
  • Customer Delight – Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service, superior product performance, and effective communication.
  • Sales Growth – Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance sales volumes and revenue growth.
  • Process Improvement – Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and productivity.

  • An influencer with strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.

What We Offer:
