
National Project Lead

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead national initiatives across energy, engineering, operations, and safety. As part of our high-performing team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end national projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitating project planning and risk mitigation sessions.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Leading projects from ideation to completion across multiple disciplines.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitating project planning and risk mitigation sessions.
- Designing and reviewing scopes of work.
- Participating in tender processes (design, submission, and review).
- Overseeing project budgets and financial KPIs.
- Tracking progress and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
- Supporting ad-hoc operational reporting aligned with business goals.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a project management qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of proven project delivery experience.
- Experience in electrical, refrigeration, or mechanical works.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Australian working rights.
