This is a senior leadership role within our Research and Innovation team, offering the opportunity to influence national strategy, collaborate with global experts, and translate emerging innovations into real-world outcomes for Australian dairy farmers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction of Feedbase R&D, including developing a clear investment roadmap.
  • Monitor industry trends and innovations, connecting insights to actionable strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the sector—from family farms to corporates, government, researchers, and service providers.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team of National Leads and lead a cross-functional virtual domain team.
  • Oversee the development of services and resources that support profitable and sustainable farming.
  • Evaluate and guide cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
