About the Role:
RSL Life Care Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support and care to elderly clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals, and assist with mealtime
- Assist with mobility and transfer clients as needed
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability Support/Community Services (highly desirable, traineeships available)
- Caring nature with empathy for elderly clients
- Desire for a rewarding career with skill enhancement
- Registered and reliable car with comprehensive insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain

- Flexible hours, Monday to Sunday
