We are seeking an ambitious and experienced lawyer to join our team as an employment relations specialist. As a key member of our team, you will work on a diverse range of employment law matters, including discrimination, industrial relations, and litigation.
Your primary focus will be on providing expert advice to clients across various sectors, including health, education, construction, manufacturing, and finance. You will also have the opportunity to work with experienced partners and collaborate with a talented team of lawyers.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise clients on employment law and discrimination matters, including court documents and affidavits.
- Draft concise and commercial advice for clients.
- Manage complex cases, working autonomously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- 2-4 years of post-admission legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and discrimination law.
- Excellent drafting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
