Job Title: Multi-Skilled Support Worker

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in cleaning, maintenance, and transportation?

This role involves working 12.5 hours a week over 3 days to provide safe transportation of elderly residents to local shopping centres and return them at the end of their outing. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing ad-hoc duties such as taking the vehicle for servicing and maintenance checks, and cleaning and maintaining communal areas including reception, leisure centre, gym, restrooms, community facilities, and lounges.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing safe transportation services to elderly residents.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of communal areas.
  • Performing routine maintenance checks on vehicles.

Requirements:
  • Prior housekeeping or domestic cleaning experience is essential.
  • You must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine interest in assisting elderly residents.
