About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves managing warehouse staff, overseeing inventory levels, and implementing efficient logistics solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support to warehouse staff to ensure they operate effectively and efficiently.

  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize storage capacity.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to improve processes and increase productivity.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day supervision to warehouse staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance.

  • Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Forklift licence is highly desirable.
