Leadership Role for Secure Cloud Expert

Secure cloud solutions are in high demand, and we're looking for a seasoned leader to oversee the operations of critical middleware platforms.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting IBM middleware systems, including Tivoli, WebSphere Application Server (WAS), and MQ. They will also possess excellent stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of IBM middleware platforms.
  • Manage escalations, governance reporting, and communications with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for L4-level issue resolution.
  • Drive transition and onboarding of new services, leading knowledge transfer and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Facilitate weekly reporting, service reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure service levels, operational KPIs, and quality metrics are consistently achieved.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in supporting IBM middleware systems.
  • Proven track record of leading small technical teams in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication skills.
  • Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
  • Ability to manage governance reporting, service reviews, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
